I have not done this trail since I was a teenager. Actually there was not trail when I was a teenager. I just walked across the desert. Now there is a trail though we will see if we can go in the back canyons to explore.

This trail is located off Dillon Rd near Sky Valley.

600ft elevation gain and drop gradually

The Trail does have sand in many places.
I would call it moderate for non hikers and easy to moderate for hikers.
Please note it is approximately 6 miles and about 600ft elevation gain and drop though mostly gradual.
It is a hike like most of our hikes in full sun. There is a parking lot for hikers.
