I want to go back to my favorite fossil area in the Coachella Valley.
The oyster bed at Willis Palms.
Super Easy Hike. Plus it is a beautiful interesting place.
Location: Coachella Valley Preserve
Difficulty: Easy
Elevation Gain: 30ft
Miles: 1.7 miles
After the hike San Miguel for an Late Breakfast or early Lunch

Meeting: Starbucks off the 10 freeway. It is that new Starbucks next to McDonalds and Taco Bell.

I will be taking you along the Palms that Burned in 2012. They are doing very well now. I will also take you to Fossil Oyster bed that is on San Andreas Fault.
Afterwards a early bit to eat at San Miguel. A breakfast Lunch.
