I am going to take you hiking back to my teenager hiking haunts.
CURRENTLY THERE ARE WILDFLOWER IN THE LOCATION.
There is a wonderful hike near Sky Valley. The mud hills between Edom Hill and Coachella Valley Preserve is a truly interesting place. Hills are pushed up from Mission Creek and Banning Faults.
We will hike in wash surround awesome canyon walls.
The hike is a there and back. Not a circle.
There is SOFT SAND in places which can make hiking difficult.
HIKING:
4 to 5 miles
450 ft gain and lost.

Anyone from Desert Hot Springs can meet the group at 8:15 am at Bennett Road and Dillon Rd (after Sam's Family Spa close to 8:15 am.

You can bring a friend but please note the hiking conditions above. More than likely you will not have phone coverage once we drop into the canyon.
DOG FRIENDLY BUT please leash pet and clean up after pet, ensure dog is friendly towards hikers and fellow dogs. Please ensure pet is kept away from hikers who are timid of dogs.
AFTERWARDS PROVIDING THE WEATHER IS NICE. LET'S DO A BBQ MY HOUSE.
BRING OVER WHATEVER YOU WISH AND I WILL BBQ IT. I WILL HEAT THE HOT TUB AND HAVE MUSIC PLAYING.
